On June 13th, the delegation of College of Management, University of Massachusetts Boston Visits the School of Management. They visit Harbin Avio DongAn Aviation Transmission Co., Ltd. in the morning. The HR Director Sun Hongchao and the Director of administration department Li Zhenzhong guide the delegation visit the workshops and departments of manufacturing, designing, technical supporting, maintaining, and malfunction analysis. After the visit, the two sides have a discussion. HR Director Sun welcomes the guests and introduced the information of the company about the relationship of administrative subordination, developing process, and stuff framework, etc. The teachers and students of the delegation discusse with HR director Sun and director Li in target market, operation management, and development planning, etc. There is huge difference between the Chinese enterprises and the American enterprises that absorb the students major in economic management.
The delegation visits the laboratories and makes an interchange activity with the teachers and students of the SoM in the afternoon.
The interchange activity enriches the students’ study life, broadens their view, and enhances the international communication. All the students have gained precious friendship.
