Professor Kristiaan Kerstens is the research director of Centre national de la recherche scientifique(CNRS). He teaches in school of High-technology and management, University of Lille. The main research directions of professor Kristiaan Kerstens are: (1) Efficiency measurement of private and public organizations; (2) Index of productivity and target; (3) Having combinatorial optimization of higher efficient. He has published several high-level essays in series of international top-level periodicals, such as Journal of Economics, Journal of Economic Growth, Journal of the Operational Research Society, Scandinavian Journal of Economics, Southern Economic Journal, Transportation, etc.
