The project is designed for the first grade graduates of the Harbin Institute of Technology, those who have bachelor's degrees of science or engineering.
The brief introduction of EPA double master project
EPA (Engineering and Policy Analysis) is a two-year master's degree program in English of the TU Delft, Holland. The students come from famous Science and Engineering Universities and Colleges all over the world. The program is a project provides students who have technology background an international cross-cultural, cross regional learning and exchange chance. The ultimate goal of this project is to improve the quality of policy and management.
EPA projects concerned large-scale technical system policies and procedures, for example: the management of transportation, telecommunications, industrial production, energy and water resources. EPA graduate project regard the basic facts, concepts, principles and theoretical knowledge training of the research object as the basis, to improve students' giant system analysis, management science, economics, policy analysis and decision-making ability as the goal.
2006 June, Economics and Management school of Harbin Institute of Technology and Technology –Policy- Management School ( TPM ) of TU Delft signed a contract about joint training EPA double master students. The regulations for Harbin Institute of Technology students:
1. The educational system of Harbin Institute of Technology is 3 years. The first year in HIT completed compulsory postgraduate courses, and through the IELTS exam, get more than 6.5 grades, prepare all the material of TU Delft EPA project. The second year in Holland TU Delft, with the Holland international students learn together. The first semester of the third year, the students return to HIT to complete a course of study, the second semester, students can choose in TU Delft or Harbin Institute of Technology prepare their graduation thesis, and then will get the double degree by Harbin Institute of Technology and TU Delft.
2. TU Delft provides the students of Harbin Institute of Technology a scholarship who participate in the project, the scholarship amount of 6000 euros (according to the tuition adjustment).
3. The study abroad tuition, living expenses and international travel and other costs borne by the students.

1. Graduate freshmen of the whole university.

3. Other disciplines background students can also apply for, but need to provide the relevant documents to prove the mathematics, statistics ability.
