Professor Haim Levy, the Dean of School of Business Administration at the Center of Law and Business, has had a remarkable academic contribution in economics and finance. The most prominent of his achievement is the proposition of Investment stochastic dominance theory, which promotes the further development of asset pricing and portfolio investment theory.
Introduction of Professor Haim Levy:
1. Ranked No.64 in the Nobel list in Economics; Nobel list: publications 1969-2000;
2. The EMET Prize, 2006.
3. Berliner prize for excellence research in insurance, June 2006.
4. Conference on "Testing Stochastic Dominance Restrictions" In the honor of the contributions of HAIM LEVY to Finance, London 2005.
5. Among the top 100 researchers ranked by their citations (No.47) in JF, JFQA, and JFE during the period 1974-1998 (out of 12,637 researchers who have published in these Journals).
