（CAO Wentao/Text and pictures）On the morning of April 17th 2012, the Third Leader Training Class for CITIC Real Estate opened in International Conference Center of Technological Park, Harbin Institute of Technology. Vice President HAN Jiecai attended the opening ceremony and made an address.The conference was presided over by WU Weifeng, the Assistant to the Manager of Human Resources Department of CITIC Real Estate.
YAO Ribo, the chairman of CITIC Real Estate, on behalf of the corporation, expressed thanks to the support and help that HIT has given to the training classes. Mr. YAO also analyzed the domestic macro-economic situation and the real estate development. At last, he emphasized the importance of education and sincerely hoped that the students would treasure the opportunity to study at HIT and take the chance to enrich oneself, to advance management skills and play a more significant role in the development of the enterprise.
Vice President HAN Jiecai, on behalf of the university, expressed thanks to the CITIC Corporation for its attention and trust. Vice President HAN also introduced the advantages of the university in terms of economic management and development of technology-oriented enterprises. He believed that the university will make an ideal training design according to the customer’s needs and hoped that the two parties would strengthen cooperation, learn from each other, so as to realize their common aims.
The training class was the first training activity since the university and CITIC Corporation signed the framework of strategic cooperation in February 2012. The training will last for 10 days and will cover contents such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), leadership training, management, on-field study and such. YU Bo, the Dean of School of Management, SUN Yin, the Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of School of Management, and ZHANG Li, the assistant to the Dean, as well as leaders from CITIC attended the meeting.
