HIT EMBA degree thesis defense in October 2011 was held separately on October 18 and October 25, at the International Conference Centre in Science Park, with a total of 22 EMBA students participating. The students had learned more than 20 courses, passed the course examination, and successfully completed a dissertation under the guidance of thesis advisor. The Defense Committee was made up of professors from HIT School of Management and senior business managers from the Government and enterprises. Committee members strictly reviewed thesis from EMBA students, and students made clear and responsible declaration on the paper as well as gave satisfactory answers to the questions raised by committee members. The defense committee agreed that all 22 EMBA participants passed the EMBA degree thesis defense.
