     Harbin Institute of Technology became the first batch of EMBA degree education Universities in 2002. • The ways of entrance examination：Based on interview, HIT organized the exam, combined with exam and interview.
• The flexible learning time： Students finish school work within two-three years according to personal condition to choose learning ,time. Combined face-to-face teaching with internet teaching, the former centralize three to four days learning on every month. and taking the credit system.
