Excellent enterprise needs excellent talents, and excellent talents come from good colleges and universities. On September 11,in the occasion of granting EMBA’s degree to senior managers of the School of management of HIT, the companies which student Liu dianchun and Zhanglei was in respectively, established two scholarships "Dongan scholarship", "Alpha scholarship" for the School of management of HIT. And in the room 210 in the International Conference Center in Science Park of HIT, the representative of Air China Harbin Dongan Engine (group) Co., LTD secretary of the Party committee Liu dianchun, the chairman of Alpha Group Co., LTD Zhang lei, dean of the School of management of HIT Yu Bo, signed a five-year scholarship agreement on behalf of the three parties. According to the agreement, Air China Harbin Dongan Engine (group) Co., LTD and Alpha group Co., LTD separately established "Dongan scholarship" and "Alpha scholarship" to reward full-time undergraduates and graduate students who study assiduously and have good scores in the School of management. "Dongan scholarship" has a total amount of 100,000 yuan RMB, lasting 5 years, and award five undergraduate and graduate students every year, lump-sum award 4000 yuan per person per year. "Alpha scholarship" has a total amount of 100,000 yuan RMB, lasting 5 years, and award ten undergraduate and graduate students every year, lump-sum award 2000 yuan per person per year. Deputy general manager of Air China Harbin dongan engine (group) Co., LTD Qin Yuchun, general manager assistant of Alpha group Co., LTD Cong Li, deputy secretary of the School of management of HIT Meng Yan, director of EBMA center Zhu Bin, department head of business administration Zhang Li, all the students of Grade 2007, Class 2 of EMBA in the School of management of HIT and two company’s relevant staffs attended the signing ceremony.
