was held in the

. MBA teachers and related staff attended the seminar. The seminar was presided by the Director of the
MBA
Education
Center
, QIAN Guoming. Dean of the
School
of
Management
, YU Bo also attended and made an important speech. The seminar focused on the development of MBA business cases, the construction of case database, and the research on teaching through business cases. The seminar aimed at developing business cases and improving teaching standard.
Dean of the School, YU Bo made a summary of the MBA business case development and emphasized the importance of self-developed business cases; also he encouraged teachers to actively participate in the development. After that, YE Qiang, the winner of “The First National One-hundred Excellent Business Cases Competition”, made keynote speech titled “Teaching through Business Cases”. Director of Technology and Business Management Department, Prof. ZHANG Li further delved into the issue by a report on “Teaching the McFarlan Business Case: Exploration and Reflection” .
The forum pushes forward the independent development and research of business cases, which is significant for the improvement of the case teaching method.
