Lecturer Dr. Irving Engelson:
Dr. Irving Engelson is IEEE Life Fellow, Principal of IEEE Strategic Planning Group, Vice President of Technical Management Committee and President of the IEEE technical and social application Institute of assessment committee. He has successively served as President of IEEE Engineering Management Society, President of the 6th IEEE Division, Director of several main IEEE committees and some committees of society, and IEEE Parliamentarian. At the same time, he was also the only officially appointed IEEE President Advisor. In 2010, Dr. Irving Engelson was re-elected presidential candidate of the Division to participate in the next year’s election. Regarded as a senior spokesman for IEEE, he often provided advice for IEEE operation and management, and made great contributions to it.
Dr. Irving Engelson has always held the post of leading and administrative duties in industry, academia and non-profit sector. Having lectured in 39 countries on 6 continents, he has before served as Life Professor at the University of Nebraska, Director in Department of Engineering and Technology, Professor and President of Newark College of Engineering in New Jersey Institute of Technology. Dr. Irving Engelson once gave suggestions to a committee of the U.S. Congress on international technology transfer and served as the unofficial representative for the United Nations Economic Commission. He is also a member of the New Jersey Higher Education Master Planning Committee, life member of the international research organization Sigma Xi and academician of New York Academy of Sciences.
Dr. Irving Engelson has successively received various honorary titles or rewards. He is the second foreigner to be titled the honorary member in the Russian Popov Society. In addition, Dr. Irving Engelson once received rewards from several societies such as the IEEE General Council, the IEEE Technical Activity Committee, IEEE Computer Society and Engineering Management Society. He was awarded many honorary titles like Annual Manager of Engineering Management Society.

Lecturer: Gus Gaynor
Gus Gaynor is IEEE Life Fellow, Principal of IEEE PSPS, member of the Strategic Planning Committee, President of Conference Publishing Committee and Head of Technical Management Committee.
Mr. Gaynor has accumulated a wealth of skills and management experience in the fields of engineering, technology and innovation. He has been the R&D Entrepreneur, Laboratory Director of 3M Company, Engineering Manager of 3M European Branch, Director of 3M Italian Branch, member of several committees related to innovation, process development and R&D in 3M Corporation.
As a distinguished professor for the technical management program in St. Thomas University and the University of Minnesota, Mr. Gaynor has been teaching innovation courses for graduate students. When teaching courses of innovation, entrepreneurship and technical management in Bulgarian, he has twice received the Fulbright Award.
The five books written by Mr. Gaynor concerning management, technical management and innovation have been translated into Chinese, Korean and Spanish. He published more that 40 articles related to management before.
